Why we started

In 2021 our founders ran support at a fast-growing marketplace. The chatbots they bought could answer questions but couldn’t do anything, so every refund, change and reset still landed in a queue.

So they built the opposite: agents that follow the same playbooks a new hire would, take real actions in the systems that hold the answer, and show their working on every conversation.

That is still the whole company. Everything we ship has to help an agent finish the job for a customer, or make it easier for a team to trust it.
